Is there a formal documented asset management program in place?

DESelect maintains a central asset database for its server systems. The asset database includes each server deployed on the DESelect network and holds the configuration packages for these servers.

End-user systems and office supporting gear are maintained in separate databases supervised by ICT Support and are maintained through a manual registration and deregistration process. Procedures are centrally documented and maintained.
